Limon Rotisserie is a Peruvian fusion restaurant, owned and managed by the Castillo brothers. Martin and Antonio opened in 2002 in the heart of The Mission, SF. Most important to the brothers was to create an atmosphere reminiscent of life in Perú: a place where locals could gather over shared plates to celebrate life’s occasions. They are both involved in the day to day operations, and continue to expand opening new locations.

Saltado de Vegetales (vegetarian version of Lomo Saltado) – Wok stir-fried vegetables in ginger-infused soy sauce served with jasmine rice. Vegetables would include zucchini, bell peppers, onions, and green beans stir fried in our ginger infused soy sauce.
