Human Resources Director

Location: Novato (In Office).

The Human Resource Director (HRD) has the responsibility and accountability for all functional areas of Human Resources across the organization. The HRD will work directly with the Leadership Team to develop and deploy integrated HR strategies, solutions, and infrastructure which will support and enable the organization’s growth, sustainability and long-term success. Development Assistant

Location: Novato (In Office).

We are looking for someone who has a passion to plan and create well-executed grant proposals and coordinate support materials for North Bay Children’s Center’s (NBCC) fundraising goals. You will also be a vital part of support in the stewardship of individual and institutional relationships, donor management, and supporting annual and capital campaign activities.

Site Supervisor/Head Teacher
Location: Hamilton (Novato)

Site Supervisors oversee the day-to-day operations of an NBCC site, providing supervision and direction to teaching staff to ensure that children have a high-quality preschool experience. This position is responsible for fiscal responsibility of the site; maintaining compliance with licensing, Federal, State and City requirements; staff development and supervision; and program enrollment, planning, and oversight. Area Float Preschool Teacher

Location: Novato

In cooperation with teaching team, assist teachers and site supervisor, implement a variety of diverse, age appropriate activities consistent with the philosophies of NBCC and Industry “Best Practices”. In accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, this position is Full-Time non-exempt compensation. You must demonstrate the ability to work as a collegial team member with respect, trust and professionalism with co-workers. You will assist site supervisor with the daily operations of the center, help out with breaks, sub in rooms and help with meals, nap and outdoor supervision. Learn more and apply here!
