Marin Area Director

Location: Novato

Marin Enrollment Specialist

Location: Novato

Requirements: Bilingual, Spanish

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will act as the face of North Bay Children’s Center to prospective families, helping children get access to the critical early learning experiences that build the foundation for life-long success. Garden Specialist

Location: Sonoma

As an Garden Specialist, you will oversee the maintenance and enhancement of multiple school garden sites, collaborate with educators, students, volunteers, and fellow team members. NBCC is seeking a committed Garden Specialist who possesses the knowledge, skills and mind-set to create educational outdoor spaces and year-round edible gardens that contribute to the learning and well-being of of students, while fostering a sense of community involvement. Teachers

Location: Various. See our locations page for a list of all our sites.

NBCC has various teacher positions open at multiple sites.  Depending on the location the positions can be Full-time or Part-time and Full year or School year. Teacher positions are non-exempt hourly position reporting to the Head Teacher and Site Supervisor. Click here to view our open positions for teachers!

Float Preschool Teacher

Location: Petaluma/Sonoma/Healdsburg

In cooperation with teaching team, assist teachers and site supervisor, implement a variety of diverse, age appropriate activities consistent with the philosophies of NBCC and Industry “Best Practices”. In accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, this position is Full-Time non-exempt compensation. You must demonstrate the ability to work as a collegial team member with respect, trust and professionalism with co-workers. You will assist site supervisor with the daily operations of the center, help out with breaks, sub in rooms and help with meals, nap and outdoor supervision. Learn more and apply here!
