Development Specialist
Location: Novato (In-Office position)

Reporting to the VP of Development, this is an important position, working closely with multiple constituents. The Development Specialist position will support the organization’s annual and capital fundraising goals with major responsibility in the planning, production and maintenance of institutional grant applications and proposals. Other essential job functions include assisting in the stewardship of individual and institutional relationships, donor management and acknowledgement, donor data analysis, and supporting annual and capital campaign activities. Must be detail oriented. This position works with staff, donors, volunteers, businesses, media, consultants, and vendors. This position is regular, full-time 40 hours per week. Weekend and evening work on occasion. In accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, this position is not exempt from overtime compensation. Learn more and apply here!

Accounting Supervisor
Location: Novato (In-Office position)

Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Accounting Supervisor will lead the monthly accounting and closing process, monthly, quarterly, and annual billing, compliance processes for direct contracts and subcontracts with the State of California, various counties and school districts. In addition, the Accounting Supervisor will assist the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, reporting functions, annual audit and 990 processes. In addition, the Accounting Supervisor will develop and maintain a fixed asset register, reconcile various accounts and perform various contract-related and accounting tasks.

This position is a central position for the finance/accounting and financial compliance functions in NBCC. The Accounting Supervisor must have strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work with a number of colleagues both internally (Programs & Enrollment Departments) as well as externally (State, County, and School District Fiscal Analysts). Human Resources Manager
Location: Novato, CA (In-Office)

Site Supervisor
Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Site Supervisors oversee the day-to-day operations of an NBCC site, providing supervision and direction to teaching staff to ensure that children have a high-quality preschool experience. This position is responsible for fiscal responsibility of the site; maintaining compliance with licensing, Federal, State and City requirements; staff development and supervision; and program enrollment, planning, and oversight.
